He has also held the position of Manager - III - Data Science, Last Mile - Geospatial, where he led Applied ML Science teams that worked on Geo-spatial initiatives in Address, Geocoding, and Maps domains. He developed ML/DL based solutions for improving Geo-spatial data quality to safely and optimally deliver packages to customers, while enhancing the experience of driver partners. He delivered key production solutions for Geo-spatial domain using Computer Vision, Video Segmentation, etc. leveraging internal data sources viz. Driver GPS pings, Satellite/Aerial Imagery, Dashcam videos & IMU sensors. He also managed a team [15+ Scientists] of Data scientists & Applied scientists who are Masters and / or PhDs in CS / ML. Prasanna has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy, Operations, and IT Systems from iim and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.
